L.I.A. is where women come to grow together—not perform for one another. Through prayer, biblical teaching, sisterhood, accountability, business development, financial education, and intentional experiences, women are challenged to become more disciplined, more discerning, and more prepared to lead.
The L.I.A. experience extends beyond the 26-week training. Members have access to Coffee & Perfume™, Prayer Watch, the LAX2LUX Book Club, podcast teachings, courses, challenges, business and commerce resources, networking, guest experts, SuSu/ROSCA opportunities, private funding opportunities, luxury benefits, and a growing sisterhood of women committed to becoming better together.— rooted in structure, confidence, and sovereignty.
This is where the transformation becomes intentional.
For 26 weeks, women journey through the Proverbs 31 Woman—one verse at a time, one week at a time. Rather than simply reading about the virtuous woman, we study her principles and learn how to apply them to the realities of womanhood today.
The curriculum explores faith, character, household leadership, discipline, stewardship, financial wisdom, business and commerce, confidence, influence, relationships, service, and legacy—with practical application each week.
Every participant also receives access to the L.I.A. Online Curriculum & Workbook, designed to accompany the 26-week journey with weekly lessons, Scripture study, reflection questions, practical exercises, challenges, and space to document her personal transformation.
The goal isn't to admire the Proverbs 31 woman from a distance.
It is to understand her wisdom, practice her principles, and become the modern expression of a woman who fears Yah, builds wisely, leads intentionally, and leaves something behind.
This is not 26 weeks of information.
It is 26 weeks of becoming.
Graduation is not the end of L.I.A.—it is preparation for greater leadership. Women are encouraged to continue developing through community, commerce, leadership opportunities, the First Lady Commerce Challenge, business and funding resources, and the pathway toward becoming a Lady International Ambassador.
The L.I.A. Lily is more than a hat. It carries a message.
In Song of Solomon 2:2, you are described as “a lily among thorns.” For L.I.A., the lily represents the woman who chooses to remain set apart—refined in character, rooted in truth, and able to flourish even in environments that could have hardened her.
The lily also carries visual significance within L.I.A. Because of its six petals, its form can resemble the six-pointed star, a symbol widely associated with Hebrew identity and heritage. Together, the lily and star imagery speak to heritage, identity, beauty, distinction, and belonging.
Every woman accepted into the L.I.A. Cohort Training receives her L.I.A. Lily as part of her Ambassador Welcome. It becomes a visible reminder of the standard she has chosen to pursue throughout her 26-week journey.
The L.I.A. Lily is also available for individual purchase for women who want to support the movement and represent its message through style and fashion.
Whether worn by a member of the sisterhood or a woman who simply believes in what L.I.A. represents, the Lily becomes a statement piece with purpose.
To wear the Lily is not to say that you have arrived.
It is a reminder that even among thorns, you were called to bloom.
